Well, Jeff WAS IGNORANT ABOUT THIS ONE for eBay, esp paying too much and/or not placing a higher starting price.

Also, forgetting that few collectors out there really know their stuff/know enough when there is a sleeper--therefore, a cheap and smart snag by Smartie Ray.

I enjoyed Ray's write up and photos--I enjoy seeing unusual watches/movments.

AGAIN, I am happy that, my friend, Ray got it.

PS: Jeff is free to list oddball foreign movments here on our emart anytime.

I doubt my buddy Jeff who I have known for almost 50 years and has made millions on watches is really going to care about one underpriced sale. I buy and sell all the time and while my track record is quite high there are times I make a stupid or over priced buy, mostly through auction where it is not in hand. When that happens I want that dumbass buy gone and I don't care about the loss. Geno

Hi, an interesting thing is, that after I received the movement from Jeff, I discovered that I had one of this type of movement already. Regards Ray

Hey, Ray, maybe Hess would like another opportunity to "boost his confidence" and own another. Try it on our Emart and send him a heads up!

I’m not in the privileged loop so can someone tell me why we find it necessary to pick on Mr Hess as we stray away from the subject matter? BTW, I have never met him.

No one is picking on the great Hess...... I am not affraid to mention from whom I buy stuff and Ray obviously isn't either.

Have some of the boys lost their sense of humor?
